Commitment to a Shared Future: Our Sense of Community and Citizenship
For us, building is not just about erecting physical structures; it is about fostering a community, a shared future, and a way of life. In every region where we operate, we see ourselves not merely as a contractor, but as an integral and responsible part of that community.

AN UNCOMPROMISING STANCE ON SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
When we embark on a project, before even considering the financial statements, we assess the contribution that project will make to the social fabric. Through our initiatives in the fields of education, culture, sports, and social welfare, we adopt an approach that is sensitive to the needs of society; we view being a corporate citizen that not only operates in these fields but also continuously creates value as one of our fundamental responsibilities.
In every region where we operate, we prioritize social good and aim to make lasting contributions to our local communities. We view our social responsibility as an integral part of our projects.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND URBAN HERITAGE
We will not endorse any project or initiative that could harm the historical, cultural, and natural fabric of cities. In every project we develop, we carefully assess the environmental impacts and take care to preserve the identity and values of the region where we operate.
In line with our sustainability principles, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and prioritize environmentally friendly technologies and responsible practices to leave future generations with greener, more breathable, and livable living spaces.
DIRECT SUPPORT FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
In every region where we operate, we make a point of supporting employment, the supply chain, and the business cycle through local resources. We view contributing to the strengthening of the local economy as an important part of our approach to corporate citizenship.
We support economic activity in the regions where our construction sites are located, foster partnerships with local businesses, and aim to make a long-term contribution to social development.
RESPONSIBILITY TOWARD FUTURE GENERATIONS
For us, being a good corporate citizen is not about saving today, but about securing tomorrow. We consider protecting the public’s safety by constructing earthquake-resistant, safe, and technologically advanced structures to be one of our fundamental responsibilities.
To ensure that our children and young people grow up in a safer, healthier, and more equitable environment, we use our organizational strength and expertise to invest in the future and continue to create lasting value.
We view our commitment to society and civic values not as a favor or a public relations effort, but as our unwavering duty to this land and our greatest source of pride. Environmental Sustainability
Our Commitment to Nature, Our Promise to the Future: Our Environmental Sustainability Policy
For us, sustainability is not an afterthought added to our projects; it is our corporate constitution that guides all our decisions—from the moment we first put pen to paper until the day the structure reaches the end of its lifespan.
We work not to consume the resources nature provides us, but to build spaces where we can live in complete harmony with it. We weigh every mark we leave on the earth against our respect for the right to life of future generations. For us, environmental sustainability is not a marketing strategy or a legal requirement; it is our corporate raison d’être, one on which we never compromise, regardless of the cost.
ENGINEERING INTEGRATED WITH ECOLOGICAL BALANCE
When designing our projects, we take into account the natural cycles of the earth, water, wind, and sun. Protecting natural habitats, supporting biodiversity, and minimizing environmental impacts are among the fundamental elements of our engineering approach.
By placing innovative and eco-friendly solutions at the heart of our projects, we aim to ensure that living spaces develop in harmony with nature; we prioritize initiatives that will contribute to the creation of sustainable cities.
RADICAL STEPS TO REDUCE THE CARBON FOOTPRINT
We take a holistic approach to assessing not only the energy efficiency of buildings during their operational phase, but also their environmental impacts—from raw material extraction to logistics processes, and from construction practices to the building’s entire life cycle.
By prioritizing low-carbon, recyclable, and locally sourced materials, we place environmental responsibility at the heart of every decision; we prioritize the planet’s future over short-term cost considerations.
ZERO WASTE AND CIRCULAR ECONOMY DISCIPLINE
We manage our construction sites not merely as production areas, but as sustainable systems where resources are used efficiently. We sort waste on-site, meticulously monitor recycling processes, and consider the conservation of natural resources to be one of our top priorities.
We utilize technologies that support the efficient use of all resources, particularly water, and aim to minimize our environmental impact by integrating the principles of the circular economy into every stage of our projects.
DESIGNING THE LIVING STRUCTURES OF TOMORROW
We design not just buildings, but living spaces that adapt to the future. By developing solutions that support energy efficiency, conserve natural resources, and promote sustainable living, we create projects that are in harmony with the environment.
Our goal is for the structures we build today to continue to exist for years to come without burdening nature; we are building structures that will add value for future generations and coexist in harmony with their own ecosystems.
As we build the future, we refuse to deplete the world of today. This corporate alliance we have forged with nature will endure with unwavering determination in every project we undertake. ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE
Beyond Words, At the Heart of Decisions: Our Charter of Ethics and Compliance
For us, ethics and compliance are much more than just the legal rules that define how we conduct business; they are the character, the backbone, and the unwavering conscience of our company. No contract we win, no profit we make, and no growth initiative we undertake can be more valuable than preserving our corporate integrity.
We believe that success is measured not only by what we build, but also by how we build it. In an industry where trust is the hardest thing to build and the easiest to destroy, we conduct every document, every contract, and every business relationship with an unwavering sense of ethical responsibility.
CLARITY THAT REJECTS GRAY AREAS
We do not accept the gray areas created by the business world and the industry, nor do we condone habitual loopholes or approaches that provide short-term advantages. We manage all our processes in accordance with international compliance standards, universal ethical principles, and human rights.
For us, a business decision is either fully in line with ethical principles or should not be made at all. Transparency, integrity, and accountability form the foundation of all our decision-making processes.
AN IMPENETRABLE BARRIER AGAINST CONFLICTS OF INFLUENCE AND INTEREST
We operate under a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, irregularities, unfair competition, and all non-transparent business relationships. We build our relationships with all our stakeholders—from public institutions to subcontractors—on the principles of fairness, equality, and full accountability.
Our corporate strength comes not from privileges, but from the integrity of our work and the value we create; we uphold our ethical standards under all circumstances.
FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND A CULTURE OF OPEN COMMUNICATION
At our company, hierarchy cannot take precedence over ethical values. Every employee has the right to report any situation they perceive or suspect to be unethical without fear of pressure or negative consequences.
We promote a culture of open communication and view it as our corporate responsibility to be part of the solution rather than ignore problems. Because silence creates the conditions for mistakes to grow.
ETHICAL SELECTION IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN
We expect the same ethical standards not only in our own operations but also from all suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners we work with. We do not collaborate with any entity that harms the environment, violates workers’ rights, or fails to meet its legal obligations.
We view our corporate reputation as one of our most valuable assets, and when selecting our business partners, we consider ethical compliance to be one of our key criteria, alongside quality.
We don’t play by the industry’s rules; we’re redefining the standards of ethics and compliance in the construction industry.
Everyone who works with us knows that every structure bearing our signature represents trust and responsibility—not only from an engineering perspective, but also in terms of ethical values.
OUR OHS POLICIES
Institutional Safeguards for the Right to Life: Our Occupational Safety and Health and Sustainable Safety Manifesto
For us, Occupational Health and Safety is not a parameter that can be compromised for the sake of a project’s pace or budget; it is our highest corporate commitment, defined by Law No. 6331 and international standards, and we will not compromise on it by even a millimeter, regardless of the cost.
We embed the sanctity of human life into the very foundation of every structure we build. We manage our construction sites and all our work areas not merely as physical production centers, but as safe ecosystems where the rule of law, science, and human dignity are absolutely protected. From the board of directors down to the lowest-level subcontractor on-site, we regard the “Zero Accidents” goal not as a mere aspiration, but as a legal and moral obligation.
6331 SAYILI KANUN VE MEVZUATA KAYITSIZ ŞARTSIZ UYUM
We conduct all our operations in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, relevant regulations, and international labor standards. We view our legal obligations not merely as requirements to be fulfilled, but as a fundamental part of our corporate responsibility.
We do not consider the minimum requirements set by regulations to be sufficient; instead, we continuously improve our standards to create safe working environments. Our approach to occupational health and safety serves as the starting point for all our projects.
PROACTIVE RISK ASSESSMENT AND A CULTURE OF PREVENTION
Instead of waiting for hazards to arise, we focus on identifying and eliminating risks at every stage, from project design to implementation. Risk assessment is an integral part of our occupational safety culture.
We adopt as a fundamental principle the elimination of hazards at their source, prioritizing collective protective measures, and promoting safe work practices among all our teams to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WORK
The safety of our employees must never take a back seat to any operational goal or production plan. We recognize that in cases of serious and imminent danger, every employee has the right to stop work and refrain from participating in the process until safe conditions are restored.
At our construction sites, no task, no deadline, and no work item is more important than human life. We do not permit work to continue in any environment where safety cannot be ensured.
THE PRINCIPLE OF JOINT AND SEVERAL LIABILITY
Occupational health and safety is a shared responsibility not only of our own teams but also of all the stakeholders we work with. We expect all our business partners—from our suppliers to our subcontractors—to comply with the same safety standards.
Through periodic inspections, on-site checks, on-the-job training, and continuous improvement programs, we ensure that all our stakeholders are part of the same safety culture; we do not tolerate any practices that fall short of our standards.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND OBJECTIVE MONITORING MECHANISM
We continuously update our occupational safety and health (OSH) policies in line with changing needs, technological advancements, and international standards. To ensure the sustainability of safety, we conduct regular measurement, evaluation, and improvement processes.
In addition to our internal audit mechanisms, we continuously review our practices by drawing on the insights of independent experts and objective evaluation systems, with the goal of taking our occupational health and safety performance to even higher levels.
For us, the greatest success is not the timely completion of a project; it is ensuring that all our employees can return home safe, sound, and unharmed at the end of every workday.
This approach is not merely an occupational safety policy; it is one of the cornerstones of our corporate culture and management philosophy.
